The answer is YES!
A common issue is that self-employed individuals and small business owners have a hard time qualifying for a mortgage. One common reason is their taxes.
Because of many overhead costs, they find themselves writing off expenses, while this may be a wise business decision, it also reduces their chances of qualifying for a mortgage.
We can use 12-24 Months of their personal/ business bank statements to qualify them.
Individuals who have used this report qualified for a significantly higher number.
Things to keep in mind:
Minimum 620 FICO
1-4 units ( with rental income possibility )
Minimum 12 months of consecutive bank statements ( personal or business)
minimum 10% down payment.
Co-borrowers allowed ( w2 and others)
Remember we don't Require Taxes, W2 or paystubs.
