Based on your financial situation, a pre Qualification will let you know how much the bank is willing to lend you.

If you are not a first-time buyer, no worries we have something unique for you as well, did you know that if you own a home already and are looking to purchase a new one, it's not always the case to put 20 %down,

Let’s suppose you own a home for 15 years, a lot has changed, your family increased or kids are not so kids anymore. You can purchase another property for 2-5 % down, as long as you will make it your primary residence.

No worries, if you have enough equity in your current home, you may be able to borrow against that home without selling it. You Can use that money to purchase your new home and do some upgrades on the old one.

Now you have 2 homes, you can rent the older home and collect rent on it, then live in the second house. Pretty cool right?
